Show/Event Submission:
Before items can be placed on the District calendar, a Show Clearance Request (BMI/SESAC License for US Chapters; SOCAN License request for Canada Chapters) must be submitted to the District Secretary for approval.
The Show Clearance Request is to be submitted on the BHS Application form to the District Secretary at: [email protected] and can be found at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B06bQhVih7-DYnpFOHNuTm53SVk/view
Upon submission, your event will be reviewed by the District Secretary to ensure all pieces of information are ready and valid; PLEASE sign your form before mailing. If items are missing, you will receive follow-up for questions before we can post the information to the calendar.
Completed form for BMI/SESAC and the accompanying payment check are to be sent by mail to :
Ken Galloway
Evergreen District Secretary
2520 Montello
Hood River, OR 97031
The EVG Secretary will approve the license and return a signed copy to the chapter. The original of the approved form and the check will be forwarded by the EVG Secretary to BHS.
In addition to submitting your event information on the form below, the District also provides the option for a complimentary, Evergreen District Standing Ovation Review (SOR), conducted for the show. The Review is conducted by the District at no charge to the Chapter and evaluates all aspects of the show performance (facility, administration, show presentation, and more). It is intended as a learning tool for the Chapter Leadership to improve show presentation and performance. You wil have the option to select this when you fill out the form.
We will also need all fields filled out relating to date, time, duration, and title of the show - and if possible, a photo that you would like us to use on the listing page for your event.

SAI Region 26 (Western Canada) has conflicts, but they are with all the US Divisions II, IV or V.
Division III (Alberta) conflicts with Memorial Day, but that has been no problem in the past.
Flexibility:
There is some flexibility in the assigned Convention dates, should the host chapter have issues with venue and hotel, for example. They may be able to swap a weekend with another Division convention.
